Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Worst company to work.

People here in the same team can get married and still be on the same team, management doesn't care, tbh they never cared abt anything. No respect for the job. You will be kicked out anytime, without any valid reasons, also will be accused falsely. They are so miser that they will count the tea and coffee also. Team leader is high unqualified and will mostly brag abt him. Attacks on personal life is a part of this firm. You can't even eat peacefully, as the all the person will have eyes on your food like they are dogs. They will speak about rules and all, believe me there is none and they are useless persons. If you don't believe me then you can go and try the stupid job with them.
