No ethics, No yearly appraisal, no work-life balance. Management staff won’t get bonus while union staff receive bonus around 50k. Three years without appraisal to any management staff while union guys got 10% during these term.

You get lot of hands on to the latest technologies. As a fresher, this is one of the best places to start your career. But, stick to the company for a minimum of 2 yrs and a maximum of 3 yrs if you are a fresher.

No work life balance at all! Salary and employee benefits are disgusting.

No employee insurance scheme Poor HR team and don't care about retaining talent Salary of DL staff not paid in time Poor on boarding of employees , employee ID creation,HRMS linking and biometric enabling for attendance etc executed very poorly Poor employee engagement activity initiative No proper increment policy and yearly bonus

I don't like nothing about this company I worked in this company for 2 year and it is horrible

Everything about the company Is bad . very bad management, Low salary, bad food, forces u work like dog beyond the salary that company has given

...ees hardwork for the output and the Officers take credit without doing any work.Still the trainees salary is 7500 INR.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is too low and slow career growth.
