No employee insurance scheme Poor HR team and don't care about retaining talent Salary of DL staff not paid in time Poor on boarding of employees , employee ID creation,HRMS linking and biometric enabling for attendance etc executed very poorly Poor employee engagement activity initiative No proper increment policy and yearly bonus

Average work environment and culture. Company policies are good but implementation is average and There is no hopes about salary hike and bonus every year,it totally depends & decides management.

Less Salary & No hopes about salary hike. And main thing, there is a lot of political and the management issues is there.

There is no benefits to employees other than monthly salary. No bonuses, no on time increaments,even there is no place to have tea properly. Need to sit on grounds or need to stand between the boxes.

This company provide training,appraisal, lot of opportunity but i need job satisfaction i am looking for new job.

Sfo is one of the nest group company, increasing of salary is not happening on time due to all company workers are upset.
