If you have a choice, don't join this company. No decent pays . Loyal employees don't get a fair pay but gives that to newcomers. We feel trapped in this company. Even leaving becomes harder than you think. Lot of internal politics

This is a not a recommended place to work now. The working culture and attitude towards employees is very bad. The HR and Admin department is the worst in this company. You will have to go to court to get your experience certificate when you resign.

Dislikes

SFO doesn't have a concern for the growth and mental well being of the employees. The salary packages are not good and often gives false promises to employees. It's very very difficult to get relieving letter from this company.

... way to not give you the experience letter and your last salaries if you resign.And they have a very bad and unstable salary structure too.They will change their policies day by day in their favour.Better find another job rather working here.

... There are innumerable opportunities for career growth, learning and innovation. Salary is at par with industry standards and region wise. Work environment, job security are all appreciable.

Dislikes

Transparent HR policies are still lagging behind in SFO since it is a family run business. Nothing to worry about, the above said family are really helping, understandable and above all humanly people.

... you can learn everything... You will be getting very good learning atmosphere.. But you will not get any salary hike as expected.. HR is very irritative.. & If you try to come out.. you will not get your papers ontime..
