Supply chain wing is too large in this firm from any other divisions with altmost 100+ employees are exclusively working to enrich the outcome to serve the best in level and helps in overall productivity of company. Business development wing is the toppest wing of this company and decision maker. They play a vital role for the growth of the company with strategic planning in business and development. No benefits for well performers... too low salary packages... promotion period is very high.... we need to cry and behind HR for salary increment....

No employee insurance scheme Poor HR team and don't care about retaining talent Salary of DL staff not paid in time Poor on boarding of employees , employee ID creation,HRMS linking and biometric enabling for attendance etc executed very poorly Poor employee engagement activity initiative No proper increment policy and yearly bonus

Average work environment and culture. Company policies are good but implementation is average and There is no hopes about salary hike and bonus every year,it totally depends & decides management.
