Good MSXI Culture if Your Reporting Manager responds. Some Policies about salary and leave encasement is good as you compare to the other outsourcing companies.

Upper management only cares about business, no support for employees working at client end, no salary increments in last 3 years, but they would pay more to people who are newly recruited (generic HR paradox). Nothing out of ordinary..

Yes During this period company safe my job, but I get 15% less saleory pay, but it's better than job less, I can understand in this hard days company also get losses. ☺
