Awesome supportive staff will always motivate you for polishing work...No corporate politics... Top most staff (Managerial level staff) truly care other staff and also help them when needed...It is always be my lovable place to work at...Enjoy every Festivals at company with all staff.

...ier, one had to enjoy all festivals at the workplace, not with his/her Family...Salary Structure never followed...Top most level of staff (Director level) will never be supportive...working hour not decided...No extra payment for overtime...duty shift may suddenly change as per Directors' point of view...Mostly find a person who can do split duty for companies benefit
