Work for seva kendra is like lots of learning, growing ones skills through experience, Got many skill based and management trainings, I have worked for organisations like meserior (Germany) with a great team leader and colleagues, Job security can be said average because it is an NGO, Career growth is good, Salary is average for officers, Work environment is average because you have to work in villages as well as during disaster, Work life can be balanced just you have to focus on your agenda.

Dislikes

Just because it is an NGO the job security can be said poor, the salary is minimum as compared to work, The higher level authorities are good but it's an average shoud have best, less chances of promotion or work for 2/3 projects.
