There is absolutely nothing to like about this organisation

The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized. Upon resignation, they refused to issue an experience letter unless one month’s salary was paid or the notice period was served. Management is unresponsive to employee concerns and emails, demonstrating a complete lack of transparency and accountability.

Nothing to like. Naam ka Jaipuria hai. Jaipuria nahi hai. Jaipuria ki franchise hai.

.... 5. Different rules for different teachers. 6. Leaves are not carried forward. So if you take more than one leave then your salary is deducted, even if your are on medical condition. 7. There is no system of offer Letter. Appointment letter they give you after one or two years. 8. In appointment letter it is written that teacher is entitled for benefits mentioned in annexure "A". No one knows that where is annexure "A". They don't provide any annexure. 9. Current Principal is totally inexperienced. As a principal it is her first school. She don't have any respect for PGTs. Accordingly to her PRTs and PGTs are equal. 10. School is good for a person who is a shoe licker, good in politics. 11. Salary increment is not fixed. It varies from teacher to Teacher. 12. One teacher Sheeshkamal Mishra has filled a case against management of Seth M.R. Jipuria for not giving the salary of corona period. Rest of the teachers have got their salary of corona period.

Jaipuria is a great big brand. I am happy to be the part of Jaipur . Corporate always appreciated to their employers . provide proper training and Study materials. All things are fantastic.

... with employee. Most of the Teachers did hard work during COVID days for school. Many teachers didn't get salary of COVID time like me.

The director of the company is really cool. Working culture is also good here. Job security is there for the employees. Weekends are off. Celebrations happens too. I like that people are friendly and make everyone comfortable.

Dislikes

... pressuring, not appreciating and mistreat and mood swings happens all the time. The salary package is different for the same position. But few of the seniors are really good. I think they must work on the salary package. It must be hierarchial packages, unnecessary new and build their own hierarchies.
