Honestly, there isn't much to like about working here. The company is growing, but thats the only positive aspect I can mention. If you have no other options available, then this could be a last resort, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend joining.

...n tables, and no cleanliness. D. No cafetaria - employees eats on their desk. E. Salary Cycle - Salary period is from 25th to 25th but you will receive your salary on 7th (i.e. you work for 45 days to get paid for 30 days) F. They hold your salary for no reason. G. If you take leave between 25th and 7th, your salary will be put on hold. H. Sandwich policy I. No Flexibility (Strict timings 9 AM - 6 PM) J. They don't reimburse employees money, which they spent for office work. (or maybe if you are lucky you will get reimbursement after a month or so on continuous follow ups) K. No Saturday Offs. L. Most of the positive review here are forcefully encouraged by HR Team. M. Earned leave is given only after 1 year. N. They will deduct 0.5% from your gross monthly salary for providing you tea. O. Mandatory uniform imposed the company for which they deduct Rs. 735 from salary and imposes a fine on daily basis if you don't wear it. P. No proper structure, no management, no proper leadership.
