Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The only thing I like about the company is they celebrate everyone's birthday. The one and only positive.

Dislikes

...ame you if you don't do well that ultimately keeps the bar low for job security. They don't even give you the needed salary . The manager doesn't even value you as an individual. I had to work 10 hours straight in a day and if I am late even for a single day I lose half my salary. We don't get any appreciation mails from any client. Overall the company has an unworthy bunch of cheap politics playing hierarchy.
