Management dont respect long term employees. not full filling their salary expectatio. If we stayed for 10 years then your salary will be 10L PA. If they hire new employee with 5 years experience then they will offer them 15L PA.

...ion they have job security but in Acqueon no job security anytime you get fired. But they give good package but no work life balance always pressure. I don't know about other teams but in sales and marketing it's bad. During lockdown many people is laid off from the organization. Apart from that it's good company and good freedom..

...I regret. Servion would have been the best place to be in, during this pandemic. It had good health insurance, variable pay, above average hikes every year.

This is really unfortunately that people have to read wildly wrong allegations here, and because of this, have to miss out a golden opportunity to be part of an amazing company.

I got good manager and I was working in one of the client , Client is biased in terms of Job. If your billable your good. They don't have much project. There are few folks who wants to ruin company So before join check manager behaviors once.
