Team was good and having good connections there, but they later hired wrong people and few of them are diplomat and has turned good environment to worst environment

- Wrong hiring in senior positions like Sr VP, VP etc. - HR management is very poor, TOP HR member is worst and their behavior will hert you - They should not hire based on salary instead of check true skills Finally join this company if you don't have other choice ,may be with they will improve or wrong people may move out

The work culture of the company is good, despite the people being from various cultural backgrounds, everyone works collaboratively. I like the town hall event of this organisation where the CEO of the company interacts and talks with all the employees.

Dislikes

Compensation can be made better and the growth is a little slow. I struggled to keep the work life balance working here as the the # processes involved are huge and irrelevant sometimes. Although the working hours are 9 and half but an employee is expected to work more than that, and failing in that results in the fall in performance.

Worst payroll management inconsistencies in salary disbursement, invalid deductions. No clear policies for extra working disbursement although it is supposed to be completed by end of Mar month as per HR policies. School work culture pay cut on late/ missed punch in. No salary revisions on time it is almost 4-5 months delayed.

1)They can change their policy Anytime. 2)Employee comes 2 nd. 3)They Play Politics during annual Review. 4)They Change Appraisal Slab during Review. 5)You cannot get more than 2.5 rating out of 4 during annual review.
