All are fraud. Never pay on time to the Employees. Still, my 2 monthly salary and PF is still pending with them. No action taken from the government also after lodging the complaint.

Everything I dislike. Sometimes I thought Why I have joined this company. If I have done anything wrong in my life, that is my job in Contentra.

There is too much to learn in multiple projects. As my experience i worked here in multi projects. I have learnt alot from here. So guys learn here but grow here and take care of your life..

There is no growth for salary apreasal at all

Was good initially and then gradually declined over a period of time.

Dislikes

They do not pay salaries on time and there is a salary backlog for all employees running into several months. It is the worst company to work for with several labor court cases pending on account of non payment of salaries to their employees.

No Job salary. Use and Throw policy.

Dislikes

Totally fake company. Higher management are uneducated. They doesn't know how to talking with employee. They always use abusive language. This is horrible. They always work outside your skills. HR team always misguide at the time of joining. I recommend youth not to play with your career by joining this company.

The management is helpful. I have learned a lot here in terms of works and experience.

There are some issues in every company but that are negligible when it comes to great working environment and learning.
