The work culture of the company is good, despite the people being from various cultural backgrounds, everyone works collaboratively. I like the town hall event of this organisation where the CEO of the company interacts and talks with all the employees.

Dislikes

Compensation can be made better and the growth is a little slow. I struggled to keep the work life balance working here as the the # processes involved are huge and irrelevant sometimes. Although the working hours are 9 and half but an employee is expected to work more than that, and failing in that results in the fall in performance.

Dislikes

Worst payroll management inconsistencies in salary disbursement, invalid deductions. No clear policies for extra working disbursement although it is supposed to be completed by end of Mar month as per HR policies. School work culture pay cut on late/ missed punch in. No salary revisions on time it is almost 4-5 months delayed.

1)They can change their policy Anytime. 2)Employee comes 2 nd. 3)They Play Politics during annual Review. 4)They Change Appraisal Slab during Review. 5)You cannot get more than 2.5 rating out of 4 during annual review.

Nothing like, unprofessional working culture.

This company is very bad company who play that employee career and they not any future plan no system how to run the company how to sustain in a market how handle that employee expenditure which is salary and how system should be followed from new employee to make them expert in a system training system if you will see this company have very primitive style and only one trainer is there in company and everybody everybody has struggling to understand and no about. Company are playing like anything that hiring giving offer of like big company TCS Capgemini Infosys like company and they not have any plan of future means they think maybe in one month they will boom that market and then now they are finding the little mistakes of employee walking well even they are not have a fund and all very bad. I'll suggest that everyone not to join this company in any situation because they not have any market any project they have put it that office at Indore and their playing with the employee career.
