Nothing as of now, it used to be a good office but people here sucks.

Dislikes

- worst management - firing because they have no work - no salary at given date - groupism and politics inside office at cheap level - leaves need 3 way approval( irony is they promote healthy work culture) - no job security they can fire you whenever they want in the name of performance issue. They have fired 6-7 people since i joined. - hr is also a pain, won’t listen and will forward all intel to seniors.

Likes

They are not supporting the employees at all instead of that they are deducting salaries and even asking to join the office back in this pandemic. In the lockdown period, they were asking the employees to work more than 12 hours a day which is really terrible. No appreciation for good work. Lack of professionalism and the company is totally unstable. Do not follow any sort of approach to achieve any task.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about Seraphic. They can fire you anytime. Career growth is zero. The work environment is not up to the mark.
