Compensation is good but growth is slow.work pressure is very high.i have to work 16-17 hours straight in a day.

Best part is, if salary issue does not exist, its a great organisation in which one can stay longer.

The worst part the company is YOUR SALARY IS NEVER RECEIVED ON TIME. Salary is mostly received around 7th or 10th of the next month. Which is really not acceptable.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

its better to learn the overall working process and it is better to kearn all the instrumental handlings of quality instruments .

Third class company. Don't try to join this Company. If you will try to join then you are responsible for destroy your career. I am working here for 1 year as installation engineer. Employee and owner behavior totally worth. When you go to join the company that time behaviors are well and you don't know when you are trapped in this Company. Company employees always talking with abuse. They have not manner and not educated. How to talk with people. I hired here as installation engineer. I am working here loading and unloading of lift materials. Initially I think this type of work to do 1 and 2 months, Company say to me but it didn't happen. I am working here for 1 year as installation engineer. I have completed b. Tech. mechanical engineering. On site, senior said ,you go and bring tea, cigarettes, panparg, shikar etc......
