My salary was less and not got any training during my job. It's a Chinese company, so everything was controlled by them only.

My all colleagues were Chinese and they didn't know English language properly, so very difficult to communicate everything. No scope for development.

There are not alots if paths upward in the companyI am looking for an opportunityto grow, poor work and low pay,inflexible work shedule.

A very good culture in terms of all the things that staff & workmen for the basic needs in simple word, having a great family working culture within an organization.

Dislikes

some times it is a very tight schedule to complete the entire work with the target date time, as a result , in a rush , the chances of an accident are higher to complete the activties with the target time bound.

It's a company where employees had to enhance their interpersonal skills for better communication.

Government is try to promote for clean energy but the company basically is majorly coal based plant construction company.

Job security is good Not letting the employes go away, You will gain a good knowledge by working ,site management decisions will be poor but not bad, There are lot of company policies

Work Load will be distributed unequally on Engineers
