...ed in the company… anytime a new rule comes up No professionalism… Managers just play blame games and blame juniors Poor salary structure… no hikes at all Monotonous work after 6 months … learning becomes zero

They dont have enough salary package and solid training sessions and there managers dont have much experience what we expect from the companies

The CEO is a awful person & micro manage everything. There is no job security & any skill development in this company. The managers & HRs are just puppet of this CEO.

Nothing to like about this company. As a fresher you can learn something but there is no career growth for experienced in this company.

The Work culture is very pathetic. HR & other management people are there just for name sake. They don't have any authorities to take a call. The final call for each & every work will be from the top management only. No personal/ professional growth. They treat employees as slave while taking about salary increment.
