...l to celebrate festivals like Diwali and Durga Puja with the family and friends. Seeing friends get bonuses at their companies during these times makes us feel a little down. Even a small box of sweets or a token bonus would really mean a lot to us. Maybe we could adjust our annual hike by a tiny bit (like 1-2%) to cover this? Just a thought! Thanks,

Their salary package is fair but nothing compared to the load you have to take on your head to satisfy them... 10 thousands per month for internship for 6 months period , after that if you get hired as permanent employee your salary will be between 15-20k best upon your performance in the internship period ... That is what they told me , I don't know what salary package and benefits they actually provide when you get a permanent position.

1. Training is their biggest failure .... In the name of training your team leader will assign you a new task everyday and when you get stuck somewhere and you need little bit guidance the leader will tell you to take help from Google , because he doesn't have time to teach you. This is their so called 'TRAINING' process which they are following from last five years and if you contradict it , they will say you are not worth it. 2. Team leader will never get satisfied with your work no matter how much effort you put and how good was your output , team leaders are expert only in finding out what you have missed to implement rather than appreciating what you have implemented in your code. Suppose you have done 80% of the task you were assigned, then the leader will tell you it's ok , but I expected a lot , you need to improve. 3. The official training period is minimum 3 months out of 6 months probation period , but the team leader will put you pressure everyday to become project ready as soon as possible and when you just ask for a little help with new things he will say Google it , this is the process of learning . 4. They are still doing Work from home so that they can make you work like a donkey ( 10-12 hours ) even in internship period . My team leader even said I will be assigned tasks in weekends which I need to deliver in next Monday . That means don't care about your work-life balance , your health , your well beings ... They just care about their profit by making you profitable as fast as possible. 5. Totally unprofessional behaviour by them . Because when I got demotivated by seeing their pathetic work culture and I resigned and I rated them one star on google and Glassdoor , one of the HR called me and started threatening by saying company will not seat quiet because you shared your experience with us and rated us one star on public platforms . Wow ...just wow ...how unprofessional and childish an organisation can be ....just think about it and be aware

Nothing as such except that the work mode must be hybrid so that the people can grow or thrive more professionally.

Firstly before starting eith anything I just want to begin with saying that the company is good. But before judgeing hea me out. I was appointed as an intern for a fresher, job description was for Dot Net Dev. When and IIF you get permanent, you will not get to work according to your job description if you unluckily fall into the team i was in. If you do raise a voice may it be softly you will get a call of lectures from your lead saying "In this time of layoff everybody is losing their jobs, since you still happen to have one do as your told, you will not get the job of your liking" Really? what is the purpose of Job description then? What i really meant to say is, i was hired as a dot net developer, but they purposely made me work IN MOBILE DEVELOPMENT (xamarin forms and MAUI) which i know nothing of. and Interestingly your "Team Members" your working with will blame YOU if you cant get the job done in the field where you dont have the knowledge. Instead they will say "Your working in this for quite sometime now you should have atleast the basic knowledge" and there is One Person in the team that will make you believe that your the victim, the guilty one, through his profession skills of over-powering talking, and this is the way his has survived all this years, he and his talks. MOST IMPORTANT thing above all, YOU'LL HAVE TO WORK OVER THE NORMAL WORKING HOURS (Which is 10am to 6:30pm). You have to be IN at 9:30am and cant log off at 6:30pm, you have to work late till night, Irony here is they will not say this, but they will mentally force you to work late through their "Professional Skill Set of Talk". Since they preferably offer you remote working atmosphere, which make it a strategical advantage for them to make you work for long working hours beacuse your're at home, you dont need the time spend time with your family and friends, you have to work. You raise a voice, YOU WILL GET A CALL OR MESSAGE SAYING THAT YOU HAVE TO WORK ON A (NON-WORKING) DAY. Being a Dotnet Developer here at SentientGeeks if you fall into the TEAM I was in : 1. You have to work round the clock beyond normal hours. EVEN IF YOUR A GIRL. 2. Aside from work you have to obey the silent rules of the game, i.e. whenever your the team make a plan to go out and chill, you have to be there with with all time no matter what happens or how serious a problem you have in your life. otherwise they will mentally pressurize you through work. 3. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY HELP WHEN STUCK AT WORK. the only help you ought to get is youtube videos and google links, you have to study your way out to solution, and most of the times most of the you will get youtube and google links which you already saw, why? because at first you have to find a solution before seeking your seniors help, only if you fail then only you can. since you failed you have to listen to the lectures. Basicaaly you have to preach for help, Interestingly THEY WILL NOT reply for your help in working hours because its there working hours also so they are busy, they will 2 hours after workinng hours or late at night. 4. you will not get PAID for overtime, which happens daily apart from these the leaves they offer is extremly low. The behaviour of the team i was in is extremly extremely downgraded filth, mentally harrassing and pressuring to get the job done also forces to work on a NON WORKING day. In the End the Company is good that all i want to say but there are some bad apples in the department which make the company looks bad. Freshers like us who are looking to establish and make of themselves forces to leave their jobs
