1)Micromanagement by leadership 2)No scope of growth in terms of promotions since hierarchy is like AAS,AS, manager. 3)Less learning opportunity 4) Exposure to only 4 types of Audit 5) Name sake hybrid policy 6) Holidays 2 PTO per month on ACCRUAL BASIS that gets accumulated if not used. (Eg. you will have 2 PTOs in January , 4 in Feb and so on , let's say u use 1 in Jan then u will have 3 in Feb ) So in case if you want to take 5 PTOs in Feb then you will have lost of pay.

As small company, so learning is nice. As there are only employees on finger tips everyone has to do all work. So people get to chance to learn all work.

Dislikes

Not proper work culture. No fun activities other then work. No respect of employees. There is no PF no other facility. No job security.
