in many cases , the company not able to retain its old staff so this is a week point. if the staff leave the company with their own will then its ok. So the company should work on this

...hise.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very poor & no career growth . There is no job sequrity, no pf & other benifits.

Promotion and appraisal ,after getting 3.99 why 4% hike in salary, here no place for employees where they can share their problems,,, only manager is given priority no sale person value...here some people getting company's juce and other paying their labour

Overall, work life balance is not good, salary n benifits not satisfied, appraisal not up to the mark, job security not satisfied, there are no work satisfaction, the store culture has been worst, the allocated leave i didn't get when I need even we didn't get any sick leave when I really need it
