There is no extra increment after qualifying the assessment.after many mails and follow up not getting any response . Managers are helpless to take any actions on staffs those are very casual attitude.

We gather so much knowledge which we don't have Before.It is happening after get support from training team which my organisation provide for me. I like my organisation work culture. At any situation I can speak with my superiors. As a employee feel free without any hesitation I am proposed my opinion for my store sale growth.

As a counter sales executive I feel that all the member of senco gold private limited are good and their behaviour as well as the environment of the company is also very good.

Dislikes

As a counter sales executive, I feel that there are some things that need to be improved based on customer reviews. And there are no seating facilities for sales executives here. So it's difficult to stand all day long.

I like about working at Senco Gold is Job security is there in Senco Gold Limited. Salary gets credited on time.

I dislike about working at Senco Gold is Incentive policy and timings. Most of the time we people don't get which month insensitive we are getting. It takes long time to get credited. For some time we are going to forget about incentive. I would like to inform that I was selected for Dubai but unfortunately I didn't have passport. So could not go there. However when I got passport but I didn't get any chance for same. Actually I wanted to be shining internationally with our respected organisation and growing up worldwide with it. Even our respected CHRO Ms. Subhashree Sengupta told Mr. Subhajit Ghosal that " do not ask any question about this guy, just send him." after having interview.
