The company is opening a store very close by and the old store is increasing its monthly target and employees have to keep submit regular their personal phones, it's very bad because very emergency and urgently call come in our phone but we will not respond it..😔...and company decrease their incentive structure this very bad because that's demotivated is...

Overall, work life balance is not good, salary n benifits not satisfied, appraisal not up to the mark, job security not satisfied, there are no work satisfaction, the store culture has been worst, the allocated leave i didn't get when I need even we didn't get any sick leave when I really need it
