Overall, work life balance is not good, salary n benifits not satisfied, appraisal not up to the mark, job security not satisfied, there are no work satisfaction, the store culture has been worst, the allocated leave i didn't get when I need even we didn't get any sick leave when I really need it

Working atmosphere is very positive.Managers and management are very supportive.in each manner.very happy to work with Senco.policies etc is also very good.

We don't have sufficient collection for customers.as per their requirement we need to order and we should get a chance to select stock.
