Am very happy to work there.my company is the best company in Singapore.my management team and department is very co-friendly.my department gives a task within short spam we are try to complete that work .sometimes we took overtime to complete work

The company is one of the booming corporate with innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I am glad to be a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and a global client base.It gives a great opportunity to travel aboard,especiallyto US and Canada.But onsite travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.Mile is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto,hence I got aB1visa quickly.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from varius cultural background and we work happily incollaboration.I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometime I have to work 8-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.I do recieve appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my midyear appraisals.Also there is no onjob training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step wich is a pain sometimes.

Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happyly in collaboration. I alao like the employee re-hire policy here.

Working in this company makes it a habit to work in a disciplined and safe manner as a responsibility because the terms and conditions of this company are as respectable as the country of Singapore.

The lack of management for this company for a few years has given some people more priority to those who have worked in this company from the beginning so changing the terms and conditions of the company as they like puts forward those who work in a way that they like and puts more pressure on those who work honestly for the company What I don’t like is that people are intentionally fired

Even do hard work also there is no proper career growth for other than Chinese race. And politics and give more preference to Chinese even they have less experience and not work properly also they will grow up very faster than other races.
