Working environment is good, job satisfaction is there and I loved to be a part of the company, but growth in terms of salary and other aspects is too less and rarely seen a hike , compared to work alloted to the employees.

It ihas a feel of an extended family. The honourable Chairman and M.D. are fantastic people. They maintain personal relation with the employees. I personally had a beautiful experience all through my career in Selvel and still hold Selvel in high esteem. Often. I miss my long associations with Selvel.
