There's no corporate hierarchy - everyone is considered as equals, thoughts and ideas are valued equally and is independent of your position/experience. I also never felt underpaid, at any point in my career. These are some amazing folks to work for!

Good work life balance. The manager and all are very cooperative. You can always approach your seniors even the senior management for any kind of help. You are always cheered for your work. A lot of learnings and work satisfaction. Promotion cycle and appraisal is good.
