Micro management Poor team leads and management Worst policies Very poor salary and night shift allowance Incentive and salary deduction without prior information and reasons No job security Night shift timings (PHONES NOT ALLOWED) Internal politics Security guard monitors minute to minute access and half day salary will be deducted for 2 to 5 mins short fall in access

Good work environment and culture.I really learn a More Thing's in selectsys company. While I'm working in selectsys. What is what I learnt. Good management. Company policies are Nice

Compensation is very good in terms of payment and insensitives. No company can ever pays to employees that much of insensitives.

Dislikes

Company and management is excellent but except one manager Mustafa Kamal Hussain, unfortunately if you under his team probably you can survive for only two weeks hardly. Other than this manager, this company awesome and growing everyday.

Company culture and management behaviour , low salaries,less promotions, no other Benifts like "Cab food " etc...

Work-life balance is okay. As far as I know, they offer more than the market offers if we have the right skills. Coming to the appraisals, your hard work pays off well. And about job security, unless they will not lose a good employee.

(Personal Experience) If you are looking for skill development/learning, then forget it. And coming to the company culture, one can see the worst HR here.
