It's the worst company I have seen in my life. After working for 2 months they didn't gave any salary and also the employer disrespected female employees and blackmailed. I joined the company through Internshala. So I complained them and send them proves. And then they removed the company from their platform.

They will tell you that you will get the salary within last date of month but it never credit Instead of meaningful work, I was assigned cold-calling parents about medical seat counseling, but they never clarified how these contacts were obtained. This felt deeply unethical and invasive. They even force us to take registration from NEET aspirants and after that force the aspirants to give the more amount to get registered themselves with different states for different counselling process which was totally fake. To make matters worse, the office location provided was nonexistent, and after a month of working, the supposed manager, *Anubhav Sharma*, cut off all communication without explanation. I strongly advise anyone considering opportunities with *Counselling Shortcuts*, or *Selection Wala* to think twice and thoroughly research before proceeding.

This is a FRAUD COMPANY, Working likes professional. They don't have GSTIN nor office location. They will provide you fake office locations. Keep in mind they will change their name when they are in the Google meet. Make sure to remember them and take screenshot. They will join the meeting from their official email So called Selection wala when you are an intern

Despite receiving an offer letter that appeared official, I later realized it was likely fake, as there was no salary or legitimate tasks provided. They assigned cold-calling tasks, asking us to contact parents and students without transparency about how contact details were obtained, which felt invasive and unethical. A major red flag was the nonexistent office location. Additionally, the manager, *Anubhav Sharma/ Pranav Sharma*, vanished without notice after making big promises, blocking all communication channels. This left me feeling deceived and used, and it seems they exploit interns in unethical ways. If you come across these names—CG Advantage, Counselling Shortcuts, or Selection Wala—please be cautious and investigate thoroughly. So called Trainee Kalpana, she is also part of this fraud.

Fake Work-from-Home Job "They offered what seemed like a legitimate work-from-home position: They promised a good salary but never paid it. The tasks were sketchy and not as described. It became clear that the job offer was fake. Beware of companies offering work-from-home jobs that don’t follow through." Management Lies and Disappearing Act "The manager, Anupam Sharma, promised everything was fine but: After a few weeks, he and the other managers disappeared. Communication with the company was blocked. No one could get answers or help after that. Don’t trust management that disappears when you need them." Communication Cut Off "After working for a while, the company: Completely cut off communication with me. Blocked me and other employees from contacting them. Left us without any explanations or next steps. A legitimate company doesn’t cut off communication with its employees." Exploiting Vulnerable Families "The company exploits vulnerable families by: Using interns to promise medical seats to parents. Scamming students and families in need of educational support. Misleading people into thinking they can secure a future. This is an unethical company that takes advantage of people’s hopes.
