It's the worst company I have seen in my life. After working for 2 months they didn't gave any salary and also the employer disrespected female employees and blackmailed. I joined the company through Internshala. So I complained them and send them proves. And then they removed the company from their platform.

...al but lacked genuine details regarding the company website and contact details. They will tell you that you will get the salary within last date of month but it never credit Instead of meaningful work, I was assigned cold-calling parents about medical seat counseling, but they never clarified how these contacts were obtained. This felt deeply unethical and invasive. They even force us to take registration from NEET aspirants and after that force the aspirants to give the more amount to get registered themselves with different states for different counselling process which was totally fake. To make matters worse, the office location provided was nonexistent, and after a month of working, the supposed manager, *Anubhav Sharma*, cut off all communication without explanation. I strongly advise anyone considering opportunities with *Counselling Shortcuts*, or *Selection Wala* to think twice and thoroughly research before proceeding.

**A Complete Scam! Avoid Counselling Shortcuts/ Selection Wala, CG ADVANTAGE!** My experience with CG Advantage was nothing short of a nightmare! I applied with high hopes, only to be met with a series of outrageous red flags. Instead of dealing with a reputable company, I found myself communicating with **Counselling Shortcuts** and **Selection Wala**—how is that even acceptable? The interview was a joke! **Yogita Jain (HR)** conducted it entirely in Hindi, which felt incredibly unprofessional for a corporate setting. I received an offer letter that looked legit at first glance, but it was all smoke and mirrors—no real salary, no real tasks. They had the audacity to assign us cold-calling parents, pushing us to invade their privacy without any explanation of how they obtained those numbers. This is not just unethical; it's downright exploitative! And let’s not forget the nonexistent office address they provided. After a month of this ridiculousness, *Anubhav Sharma/Pranav Sharma* (the so-called manager) vanished completely, blocking all communication as if we never existed. I cannot stress this enough:*STAY AWAY from CG Advantage, Counselling Shortcuts, and Selection Wala!* They are nothing but a scam looking to exploit unsuspecting interns. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Avoid SELECTION WALA OVERSEAS!** SELECTION WALA is a total fraud, operating under Counselling Shortcuts to cheat desperate families of NEET students! They lure parents in, claiming they can secure medical seats for their kids, then demand huge fees for “counseling services” that are completely fake. As an intern, I was forced to cold-call parents, lying to them about what this company could do. Once they get the money, they vanish—no calls, no support, just broken promises. This company preys on families' dreams and hopes for their kids’ futures. Avoid them at all costs!
