Too much politics is involved. Working with SSI gives us the feel of working in a factory where employees are treated as labour not professionals. Nothing happens on time. Forget about the growth if you are working with this company. They says cab is the additional benefit which we are providing to our employees. People from human resources are not professional enough to listen employee's problem. They just follow what operations head says. There is no need of HR in this company because all HR people work as like puppet. If you want to see yourself growing and become good asset then dont join this company untill unless you are not getting the title as Operations Head.
