I think salary is the main issue to dislike sekisui dljm. Here fresher's got more salary comparative to experience once.

Job Carrier in are denger. Don't join untill u have very good top management approach.

If u have reference u can get 5 promotion in 7 year like Ajay Tyagi but if u will select without reference or direct interview u can't survive. Here no telant required reference only required. If u r Assistant manager, u can get senior Manager position easily if u have reference

Overall management structure, review system, Poor Performance Measurement system, high attrition due to poor work life balance & lesser resources to work, lack of systems, IATF not followed properly, management clarity is not there on requirements. Poor poka yoke and high Cost Of Poor Quality.
