1) Unrealistic Initial Expectation: the expectation to know entire business process and remember everyone's name within 10-12 days of joining 2) High Pressure: the fast-paced environment could be stressful, specially to the new joiner 3) Insufficient time for adjustment: more time is to be allotted to new employee, to understand the way of working and overall company's system and process

0 job security, HR & management team is partially mind disable. Manager are diploma studied that too part time.No respect for employees only they want their boot lickers & people who stay after office hours they like even if they sit do timepass they will like it

Dislikes

No planning in this company. A lady who is doing planning is worst she is 10th fail lady who just licks the boots of managers & cries if somebody ask her about planning of job. Here only tailoring work done sewing machine that's it & tolerance in drawing are 50/100mm. HR debasmita is not educated she did from lovely University so just they come here to eat idlis and dosa & to put company money in their pockets

Management is week in understanding the right people .. Employee are not selected on capabilities..But on personal reations..New people are selected for luxary of old people which are close to management. Their are huge difference in salary of the old people who are less educated and then new people who are educated and capable.. Management is very unfair old peoples mistake are accepted but new people have to face the actions..
