The environment initially was very motivating. But due to the bleak vision and lack of ideas, the startup has lost the track since then.

Dislikes

There is Zero job security. The vision of the CEO is bleak. More than that they have hired one guy named Ajyedar, who has ruined the whole content team due to his personal egos. The company has lost the track since then. The environment is fledgling. Join any other company instead unless you want to ruin your career here.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
