The way top management deals with issues. Hire and fire concept. When I joined 5 people left in the matter of 2 months. No clarity of job description beforehand. Basically all things that go wrong when only 2 members are decision markers. Office space in Mumbai. Washroom condition. I personally regretted my choice of leaving a great job and joining here. My suggestion would be. Ask for clarity before you join.

Nothing to dislike Just because you are unable to perform in the organization and not able to achieve the quarterly target doesn't mean the company have bad policies or bad leaders you better well know that in the entire world no job is there who keep people who are unable to perform until there is any serious problem which you faced. also in my organization I have very good leaders who help u individually and give you as much time as you want the professionally help you to grow . so as per my opinion there is nothing I have to dislike about the organization.
