It is really God's gift to work with such a wonderful organization. Not only myself alone, my entire family will remember in our entire life. Though i have worked with various organization including Central Reserve Police and deputed with Indian Foreign Service and posted with few abroad countries, I got my retirement from SVIL only. Since May, 2022 i am working as a Consultant. Religiously my thinking is, I should do something remembrable work to keep my SVILs name to be very high and everyone will honour this organisation.

... SVIL has given promotion and increment without any restrictions and conditions. But i know except SVIL many biggest company also failed to pay full salary and deducted upto 60% and many termination on staff to reduce the manpower. This one is enough to prove proudly and say that I am working with SVIL.

Dislikes

There's always delay in salary. Employees are not also getting conveyance reimbursement which is highly demotivating. Increment is also not satisfactory. Being a public ltd company, this kind of management and behaviour towards employees is intolerable. At the time of joining, I was told that I'll get off on 2nd and 4th Saturday but after joining, I was told to work 6 days a week.

...pany. Seniors behaves like Dictators. No personal life. We need to work 24/7. No good compensation and increment eventhough you worked for 100%. All credits of subordinates will takenover by Managers. Managers behaves like CHELAS of Head office. However, this company is best for beginners to learn for 2 to 3 months.
