One aspect I dislike while working at Secure Blink is average project management, currently the team is facing challenges in maintaining and managing the product development.

Likes

The good learning experience and practical knowledge. Even though I have joined the corporate world, I have not learned as much as I have here. I should actually say that our manager is a very polite and supportive person and management also. The working hours are convenient, and mainly we have compensated leaves and festival holidays. e never puts pressure on us but in very rare cases. He gives us more than enough time to complete the task. If you want to up-skill your knowledge it is a good company to learn. I recommend it to freshers who have good knowledge.

Dislikes

In many companies, training is provided during the internship period. However, everything is different here. You are expected to learn on your own for every task and development. No one will teach you. You should not expect a higher stipend compared to other companies because this is a startup. Even if you work on Sundays and work overtime, these timing and work will not be considered for your stipends and appreciation.

The work was very flexible. I could work anytime in the day, just i had to finish the work before deadline. They were very understanding and supported me at times of difficulties. I was also granted leave whenever asked with proper reasons.

Everything was very good except I used to received the stipend a bit late.

The working hours are really flexible, as an intern I work 5-6 hours per day.

Dislikes

The team tracks your work hours and productivity which is good as a permanent employee, but as an intern I prefer some freedom and privacy regarding my work hours.
