Its a startup company , where there is ample of space to learn and implement new things, no one ll say u no.. until or unless we are not harming to the company environment.

ya disliking will be there and of course for the period of time it'll come sometime .. but dislike can be overridden by the liking things ...

In work environment is excellent comming to my team is very close they will help others but they paid less salaries.

Dislikes

Company growth is good . but the work pressure is very high, less employees in support , some times I have to work 14 to 16 hours in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes lateinto the night. even some times we have to work in sudays also , they paid less salaries.they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisais ,Also , there is no on-job training for freshes, Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
