Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? - The company has not hd any projects that have gone "Live" in the past 5 years. We suggest you check the company portfolio for further details. - It seems that the company, "Lala Company," is only interested in benefiting itself and is mainly focused on tax-saving benefits. - The company changes its team every 2 years and terminates the current employees. If you are already employed, we advise you not to consider joining this company. We were three individuals who left our respective companies to join this company, only to be fired later on. The management seems to lack direction, so we caution you to be wary of this kind of company. Please take the time to review the company's past records, especially in regards to the points mentioned above. We have also heard that the company has recently forced current employees to add positive reviews, so please keep this in mind.
