Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. NSA. Apart from NSA nothing is good I feel

Dislikes

...re terminated. I know a employee who was on maternity leave has been terminated. Though as per law they paid compensation but I don't think it was right. Horrible policy.

...ry good but not 100% employees friendly. We can grow work wise and balance life. Very good in compensation and bonus for employees even though company not making good profit.

There is no much opportunities to explore.

compensation is not up to the qualification. And growth is very, low,the pressure giving by the management is horrible.Managers do not have the value and manager not even considering the individual values or encouragements.The most worst thing is that showing partiality......
