Shift timings afternoon and night. Distance from my home.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per market standards, don't think about increments of the employees. IT assets are average. IT team is not on company role. Based in SEZ location.

Company was give good salry to new hire employee but however not give appraisal to old employee .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our salary issue also career growth is too slow. There is bond of 3+ years

Compensation and benefits are only thing great about working at Se2.

Dislikes

Opportunities for skill development and career growth are severely limited. Culture is full of hypocrisy because they quote very high standards of transparency but on their turn hide behind the word confidentiality. They have accountability but if u even dare hold anyone accountable it hurts their ego and constructive criticism is a big no no, only yes wo/men needed. Especially HR person are highly unprofessional and insensitive. They either dont respond or they blame the employee only. Work life balance is very bad and they seriously dont care about their people( employees). During pandemic all work was going smooth and we even received commendation for it but they want to bring people back to office at the first chance they get, we came back to office in august 2020 itself and only closed office when second wave lockdown was imposed. While in US they are yet to start coming back to office as of may 2021 why coz Indian employees are expendable.

Dislikes

...employees and saying "We care" does not help. Your action speaks for yourself 2. Compensation is randomly set 3. Management should understand quality over quantity 4. Management should learn how world is moving ahead and they also pace up with this movement 5. Zero transparency on policies and policies changes once someone claims anything based on that policy. This is the first company I am seeing who is amending the contract paper of an existing employee

There is huge cafeteria and gaming room for chilling .Good work environment because of teammates and supportive . Office campus is good and spacious.

... curriculum’s ,no fun activity etc etc.Management is not good and transparent.Policies always changes for bonus hike and promotions .And of we ask for reason they will treat you like you are not capable they force you to leave company by yourself by avoiding ,harassing ,make pressure. Best thing when COVID19 happened all office were still working from home but this company forced all employees to join office after 1st wave still 100k+ cases were coming every day . There forcing office employees or if they don't employees is terminated from company .In that, so many employees were going to office many were infected some of them were having mild Covid-19 but many of them was serious and admitted to hospital .All this was happening to many employees loss there love once and family member of this but this company has no shame still they send me warning letter and termination letter to coming office when 2nd wave was started and was on peak COVID19. Se2 company only thinking of themselves they don’t have humanity . After all this when so many employees were honest and obedient continued working in this worst case what they got at time of increment and promotion nothing 0% after all hard work and laborious. Se2 is new in India they should motivate employees not demotivate.
