The company is really good for girls mainly because of its flexible timings which makes work life balanced. Apart from this there is a lot to learn and grow your career. The team is very supportive. Too much politics and favoritism. If you can smoke and burn the butts for bosses, you will have a stable career. They only shield guys who are 'yes boss'. Besides it is a sinking ship with no revenue growth model. A blind CEO surrounded by people with no leadership or visionary skills.
