There is a common prayer for all staff at 7:30am which is appreciatable. They have gatherings for occasions like Christmas etc.

Dislikes

The pay scale is low compared to other hospitals. Benefits for staff is very less. Nursing staff still are finding hard to establish themselves as professionals, due to varied reasons. Work place is mission based.

I'm happy that I have done my first stepping stone of my career in scudder memorial hospital ranipet. It's a blessed and peaceful place. I love my job. In there not only I have developed my skills, I have developed in spiritual things also. It is good place to gain experience. Each and everyone in scudder they are love eachother. Thanks to my HOD sir Dr. Samraj (DMS) and Dr. Anbu Suresh sir (MS) for giving me a great opportunity to work in scudder memorial hospital.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
