There is a common prayer for all staff at 7:30am which is appreciatable. They have gatherings for occasions like Christmas etc.

Dislikes

The pay scale is low compared to other hospitals. Benefits for staff is very less. Nursing staff still are finding hard to establish themselves as professionals, due to varied reasons. Work place is mission based.
