Don't join this company. The management and one HR are extremely biased towards the new employees. Although you raise a very urgent issue like harrasment or bullying, they support the old employees at all the costs. The HR considers his friends and screams at everybody. He indirectly intimidates people to fire them by providing wrong information to the management. Totally misuse of power. They don't remove the old employee who's at fault. Infact they put the new employee addressing the issue into more trouble. They don't care about others lives. They supress the truth to protect their old employees.
