...le amount. Also, they will pay you this amount after 2 months of quarter ending. The salary that they give is always delayed, has never been on time in the tenure I was there. Always processed after 11th of the next month, can be 15th also.
CEO is the most manipulative employer I have come across, he only wants to get work done, but does not want to pay you the money, basically wants you to work for free.
This is not a company at all, this is a proprietorship where every small decision, including your leave is decided only by the CEO, rest are all just a designation.
The icing on the cake comes when you resign from the company, they will delay your full and final for months or a year .You can be rest assured you will be receiving only 20-25% of the F&F amount.
Definitely, will never recommend anyone to join this, the enter maybe easy but you will feel like resigning during the tenure and the exit is something that will make your cry.
Also, I have known personally a lot of people, everyone wants to resign from the company, they are only waiting for a better offer.
I have not liked anything about this organisation.Got this job during Covid.At that tym everyone is getting job. So i joined this company after reading review.But they remove or i don't know how bad review is not visible to new joinee.....I strongly recommend do not join
They can give more CTC than your previous CTC.

... for them in span of 6 months & still got laid off due to performance issues.
2. They deduct performance variable from your salary & promise to pay quarterly but you will never receive performance variable as full amount. It is always less no matter how good you perform.
3. Desk time, Even in work from office they track your productivity from a Desk time software which tells about how much time you were active on your machine & it only monitors mouse & keyboard strokes not active screens. Hence treating developer as a labour.
4. Management only cares about the few employees who are on senior level & employees other than them are just ignored.
5. The management is not open for your suggestions, they are kind of people who knows everything & wants you to work according to them as they are paying. Employee suggestions and thoughts are not welcomed in any matter at any level.
6. Management want every inch of power with them but when you visit them for permissions/discussions they are always busy. Later they will blame you for late deliveries.
7. No process is followed in the company, there is no hierarchy in the company, CEO wants to monitor everything & everyone.
8. My all friends got hired just 3 months before & they weren't able to find work according to their capabilities then they decided to lay off them just in the name of performance issues. They all left their stable jobs and came into this organizations for growth & learnings. They were promised good amount of work, learnings & monetary growth but later on they fired them saying you're having performance issues.
