I worry about the Compensation part which is very slow and some higher officials politics are there. No recognition for experienced employees.

I love my nature of job there.I learned many skills that helps me to develop myself.I love my teammates and my senior employee trained me a lot.I love that work place..I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is good.But sometimes there will be a work pressure..I expected more trainings and also for my next stage development.

Working Shift timing was suitable for working women and Leave taking also sufficient.

Major concern is Salary, they provide designation related job but they are not provide salary related to that designation and also without update designation in portal they ask to do that designated jobs.

1. Salary is very low. 2. Promotions is lacking 3. Cafeteria to be improved more. 4. Very low increment every year. 5. Cab facilities to be arranged. 6. Staff outings to be arranged.
