Full office politics. No recognition even if you do some really good work. No growth. You will be made to do some pathetic work which has no meaning. No work satisfaction whatsoever. Salary component have a lot of variables. All the builds and releases will be late night or early morning, so need to spend whole night in office. You won't learn much as they have their own custom framework.
