I have worked here approx 8 months a deputy manager. They have very strict rules and policies, which helped me to organize myself for my future. The managers are very cooperative during training. Hands-ON training is the best thing. Management is also friendly.

Dislikes

Salary package can be improved. But it is not bad also compared to other companies. But my expectation was more. Regarding office politics I must say that there are some craps who don't like good performers.

... company is for hard workers. If you are a hard worker then there is no problem. You will get satisfaction, good salary, awards, job security, etc. If you are lazy and time killer then this company will be nightmare for you. After office no work is given for home and no unethical pressure on the OFF-days for working. Office timing is long, but it is OK. Location of the office is also very good.

Office politics is there (But that is true for all companies).

I was working from home so can't elaborate much about office culture. But HR & Trainer were good.

Salary credited on 15th of the month also salary not fixed, it's depends on performance. No leaning, no growth. One thing science domain international never hire you directly. They use some alias name, most common alias is MB International media & publishing house.

1. Work-life balance is good. Employees don't have to carry any work or tension to home. 2. Transparent scoring system for promotion and increment. 3. Almost all traditional functions are celebrated.

1. Salary scale may be improved. 2. Mobile phone may be allowed.

Likes

I like the work atmosphere. The management is friendly and positive. I could learn a lot, as I joined as a fresher, just after the college. The training was adequate, and my trainer was friendly. The workload is normal like any other private companies.

Dislikes

I expected more salary. Anyway, they given me moderate hike. They don't allow to use mobile phones during working time. Instead they provide some office numbers which can be used by all employees for their personal communication. I felt that was somewhat troublesome for me.
